1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and flay99 ("Platform", "we", or "flay99"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the flay99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms set out here.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to register or use the flay99 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use the flay99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition that restricts participation in online gambling activities;
• Register solely for yourself, not on behalf of any third party;
• Not have had an account previously closed by flay99 for breach of terms.

flay99 strictly prohibits participation by individuals known to have a gambling problem or who have applied for self-exclusion from any gambling platform. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, please contact our support team immediately.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the flay99 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and freezing of balances.

During registration, you must provide information that is true, accurate, and current, including:

• Full name as shown on your Identity Card (MyKad) or passport;
• A valid date of birth;
• An active and valid email address;
• A reachable mobile phone number;

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. flay99 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login details. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

flay99 offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suitable for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The terms relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods;
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods;
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour after the request is approved;
• All transactions must use an account or payment method in the name of the registered member only — use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited;
• flay99 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal;
• Any attempt to launder money or funds obtained unlawfully through the flay99 platform will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

flay99 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms of use. Members must read and understand the terms of each bonus before accepting it.

The following terms apply to the flay99 Welcome Bonus:

• First deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM1,500;
• The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received;
• Example: a deposit of RM100 yields a bonus of RM150, giving a balance of RM250, and the wagering requirement is RM150 × 20 = RM3,000;
• Another example: a deposit of RM2,200 yields the maximum bonus of RM1,500, giving a balance of RM3,700, and the wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000;
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

All bonuses are for the personal use of the member only. flay99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means or breach of terms without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

flay99 offers a range of games including online slots, live casino, sports betting and Sic Bo. Each game category has its own rules displayed on the platform. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

The following are strictly prohibited across all flay99 games:

• Use of automation software, bots or any tool that manipulates game outcomes;
• Collusion between members to cheat in any casino game or bet;
• Exploitation of any bug or technical vulnerability on the platform — members must report any bug as soon as it is found;
• Any form of risk-free play intended to fulfil bonus wagering requirements in an improper manner.

flay99 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of all games. Verified game results are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear documented evidence of a technical failure.

7 Inactive Accounts

A flay99 account that shows no login activity or transactions within the specified period will be classified as an inactive account. flay99 reserves the right to impose a monthly administration fee on the balance of an inactive account after the relevant period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the member.

To reactivate an inactive account, members may log in and contact the flay99 support team via live chat or email. Identity verification may be required before the account is reactivated.

8 Responsible Gambling

flay99 is strongly committed to responsible gambling practices. This platform is designed for entertainment purposes only, and we encourage all members to bet within their own financial means.

Self-control tools available to flay99 members include:

• Deposit limits: members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits;

9 Account Suspension and Closure

flay99 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any part of these terms and conditions;
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other suspected illegal activity is detected;
• The member provides false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same individual;
• A request is received from the relevant authorities to do so.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the flay99 support team. Any valid balance in an account closed at the member's request will be returned once the verification process is complete, subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.

10 Liability Limits

flay99 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes;
• Service disruptions caused by technical factors or circumstances beyond flay99's control;
• Unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login information;
• Losses arising from delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment service providers.

The maximum total liability of flay99 to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

flay99 collects and processes members' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published separately. By accepting these terms, you also agree to the terms in our Privacy Policy.

flay99 uses the latest encryption technology to protect members' personal data and financial information. We will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or a relevant authority.

Members have the right to request access to their stored personal data, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of their data by contacting the flay99 support team.

12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

flay99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time at our discretion. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via registered email or a notice displayed within the platform.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document indicates the current version of the terms in effect. Continued use of the flay99 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.

Members who do not agree with the amendments made should stop using the platform and contact the support team to close their account.
